Designated 70 seed parents with diverse genetic backgrounds, Doing PhD at ICRISAT, Evaluated new method of planting of pearl millet for summer season, Given inputs for development of Crop Improvement Operations portal of ICRISAT, Also served as panel member of ICRISAT recruitments, Exported DNA samples to foreign labs within given time with good quality.

What is your future vision to contribute in the field of Education and Research?
My future vision is to develop seed parents with drought tolerance and disease tolerance. which ultimately leads to development of high yielding and drought tolerant hybrids to small holder farmers of India
If somebody gets the opportunity on the basis of favoritism and there ample of people more talented done doctorate on scholarship but do not have contacts does not means they are unsuccessful,but point is very simple India will always be a corrupt country due to these kinds of deed like providing platform to non-capable persons and rewarding them, and telling on social media they are capable . ridiculous
