•To contribute to the overall functioning and conduct of the department and courses together with appropriate educational management, resource planning, and academic support work and other portfolios.

•To undertake research and scholarly activities college-wide and transform knowledge gained on industrial exposure/culture/environment to graduates for their overall development and career growth.

•Moulding engineering students to gain expertise and confidence in the areas of AutoCAD, CAD/CAM Integration, CNC Machine Tools, Non-Conventional Manufacturing Systems so as to get ready for today’s Modern Manufacturing Environment.

•Inculcating the technical and hands-on-skills in students by exposing them to the real-time environment in the industries which would be more useful for them to become full-fledged engineers.

Any Exemplary work done in the field of Education or research or both

1. Conducted more than 100 Industrial visits /Guest Lectures to the students to interrelate on a consistent basis with Industries by way of visiting many distinguished companies. 

2. Providing industrial exposure to the students and preparing them for the real-life corporate world. 

3. Invited prominent personalities from various industries and top institutions to share their valuable information and knowledge from their experience with our students. 

4. Received many awards such as Best Faculty Award 2020, Young Researcher Award 2021, Promising Scientist Award 2021, Fellow membership of I2OR, FSAS, and so on. 

5. life time member of Indian Welding Society (IWS) and also a certified Chartered Engineer (CEng) being issued by the Institute of Engineers, India (IEI). 

6. Published more than 10 research papers in various national & international journals with high Impact Factor and citations. 

7. Participated more than 10 National and International Conferences. 

8. Participated more than 65 Seminars/Webinars 

9. Participated more than 20 short term trainings 

10. Participated more than 20 staff development workshops around the globe. 

11. Directly mentored, supervised and successfully graduated over 48 undergraduate and graduate students.
