What is your future vision to contribute in the field of Education and Research?Teaching Objectives:
I possess an ability to work independently and have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. I would look forward to impart not only formal education but, would envisage spiritual and secular values both, into engineering minds so that nation can get not only technical and skilled engineers, but combination of dynamism and scientific attitude in individuals with cultured values.
The main objective of teaching engineering students is to induce research based teaching with active solicitation of knowledge and skills. 
Apart from providing a positive learning environment I would help students in developing their abilities and skills and also provide counselling to students in reaching their potential.
I would like to develop and establish new coursework which would cater to the needs of the industry. Finally I wish to develop quality Engineers having market driven academic and professional attitude and also having sense of responsibility and belongingness towards their nation. 
I will make my teaching effective by using ICT based teaching methodology which includes developing MOOC based courseware, use of flipped classroom and online teaching management systems.

RESEARCH STATEMENT
My area of specialisation in research includes heat transfer enhancement, Nano fluids and Computational fluids dynamics. I would continue my research in heat transfer enhancement using Nano fluids and application of Nano fluids in renewable energy systems like solar thermal applications and as Nano refrigerants, Nano diesel etc. 
I am also working on Robotics and Automation.
