• Research: Developed eight new technologies in the area of weed management & organic farming which were recommended for farmers during 2013-2019.
 Implemented five research project & sponsored by state & national organizations worth of Rs. 2.0 Crore during 2013-2019.
 Received eight award & recognitions for significant work in the area of organic farming and weed management.
 Published 110 research papers, abstract, books, technical articles, radio talks and bulletins in international & national journals/seminars.
• Teaching: I am actively engaged in UG/PG teaching since 2015 had taken 06 courses in UG & PG. I have published/prepared practical manuals (02), edited books (02), book chapters (15), technical bulletins (14), extension folders (12), compendium (05), research abstracts (25), popular articles (25) and research papers (20), conferences/workshop attended (25), as Co-Coordinator conducted five ICAR-21 days training programme of scientist of different SAUs. Under my guidance from 2015-16 to till date as major advisor, one student has completed degree and total three students are working under guidance as major and five students as minor advisor for M.Sc. (Agronomy) degree.
• Extension: Involvement in research project and dissemination of technology to the farmer field in collaboration with AICRP- IFS, Network Project on organic Farming, Silica in agriculture, RKVY on organic farming; organized on and off campus training programme for the farmers and FLDs at farmer’s field.
• Administration : At University & college level Acted as invigilator in different ICAR, CSIR, BSTC, Forest Guard, and University examinations; External examiner for practical examination in different colleges for different courses; act as Co-PI in ICAR- Network Project on Organic Framing at MPUAT; member of State level Oilseed Krishi Vigyan Mela organized by MPUAT; Member of committees in Annual Function of college; Member of Anti-Ragging Discipline Maintenance Committee; Member of polling parties constituted for CSU & college level student union election; Member of different technical committee in conferences, workshop, training programmes; member of college level committee for Youth Festival, etc.

• Best Centre Award under Network Project on Organic Farming at National level for the year 2017-18 at Annual Group Meeting, TNAU, Coimbatore for significant contribution in Organic Farming.
• Appreciation award by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, MPUAT, Udaipur during Republic day, 2019 for outstanding work.
• Young Scientist Award in 1st National conference on Advances in Global Research in Agriculture and Technology during 19-20 March, 2017 at Agra.
• Two Best Poster Award in the Biennial conference of Indian Society of Weed Science “Doubling farmer’s income by 2022: The Role of weed science” held at MPUAT, Udaipur during 1-3 March, 2017.
• Three Best poster award in National Science Day Workshop held at MNIT, Jaipur during 26-28 Feb., 2018.
• Young Scientist Travel Grant Award by Indian Society of Weed Science, ICAR-Directorate of Weed Research (ICAR-DWR), Jabalpur for attending a conference in the subject of weed science for the year 2019-20 to attend International conference on weed Science for Sustainable Agriculture and Environment at Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia during 3-6 September 2019.
• Awarded as ‘Woman Scientist Award’ for outstanding contribution in the field of Agronomy during International Conference on “Innovative and Current Advances in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (ICAAAS-2020)” held at Bangkok, Thailand from 27 January – 01 February, 2020.
• Reviewer Excellence Award by Indian Journal of Agriculture Research, In recognition of significant and outstanding contribution to the Journal and reviewing the article. Article Title :- Weed dynamics and productivity of direct wet seeded rice under different weed management practices, 2020.

What is your future vision to contribute in the field of Research and Development?
Developed new technologies in the area of weed management & organic farming for farmers and to conduct skill development programme for farmers, students and youth. To publish research paper and organize conference related to organic and weed management.
